“‘Roads That Go Nowhere’ is a culmination of songs and stories that I believe reflect where I’ve come from, what I’ve been through, and the places I’ve yet to go and where I want to go,” says Denning.  “That’s with love, music, life, everything. I’m at that point in my life where I’m able to look back and reflect on the things that have gotten me here. A lot of them are positive, and there are some negatives, for sure. But I think that’s kind of everybody’s goal – to be able to look back and just be happy with the progress you’ve made and the potential you’ve still got.

“I wanted to take that mindset lyrically and production wise for the record, that I’ve gotten to where I am and had the successes I’ve had because I just stuck to the guns of what I enjoy doing. That’s being a guitar player, trying to moonlight as a metalhead in country music and telling the stories about the things I have conviction for.”

This spring and summer, Denning will support HARDY on his US Quit!! tour. Tickets available HERE

About Travis Denning:

A native of Warner Robins, Georgia, the singer/songwriter first made waves with the release of his Top 40 debut single, ‘David Ashley Parker From Powder Springs’, now certified Gold by the RIAA. Denning celebrated his first No.1 and Platinum certified single with the ‘shadowy’ (Rolling Stone) ‘After A Few’ from his debut EP, Beer’s Better Cold, which debuted in the Top 20 of Billboard's Country Albums chart. Last summer, Denning released the EP, Might As Well Be Me. Crafted for the stage with all of his hard-charging energy and mischief-making signatures intact, the collection also captures an artist maturing.

Denning’s songwriting extends to other artists – he has co-written for Morgan Wallen, Chase Rice, Jason Aldean, Justin Moore, Michael Ray and has a cut on the latest Morgan Wallen album, ‘Devil Don’t Know’.  Denning has previously headlined his own ‘Heartbeat Of A Small Town Tour’ in the US, toured there with Brothers Osborne, Cole Swindell, Dustin Lynch, Alan Jackson, Riley Green, Dierks Bentley and Jake Owen, and will be on the US roads this spring touring with HARDY.

With almost 750 million streams worldwide, Denning has been spotlighted for his head-turning sound and is making his mark within the industry, being previously selected as one of CRS New Faces, an Opry NextStage recipient and a CMA KixStart Artist.
